An engineering approach to business systems.
Infinity Systems is an Egyptian IT and business solutions company serving clients across Egypt and the MENA region.
Most ERP projects fail for the same reason: the software is treated as the goal, instead of the business. We started Infinity Systems to do it the other way around — begin with how your operation actually works, then build the system to match.
Our core practice is ERPNext, the open-source ERP platform, which we implement end to end for manufacturers, healthcare providers and trading companies. Around it, we build the rest of the stack a modern business needs: Microsoft 365 for communication and collaboration, Azure for hosting and disaster recovery, and practical cybersecurity to protect all of it.
Because we are both implementers and licensed resellers — a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and a partner for Adobe and leading security vendors — our clients get one accountable partner from license to go-live to support.
What makes us different
Deep technical roots. Our team's background spans low-level software engineering to enterprise integration. When an implementation needs custom development — a Frappe app, an ETA e-invoicing integration, a machine-data connector — we build it ourselves rather than working around it.
Manufacturing depth. Production planning, BOMs, work orders, costing and quality control are the hardest parts of ERP. They are also where we have spent the most time.
We stay after go-live. An ERP is not a project with an end date; it is a system that evolves with your business. Ongoing support and continuous improvement are part of how we work, not an upsell.
Where we work
We are based in Egypt and work with clients across the MENA region — on-site where it matters, remote where it's efficient.
